Deliveries, exchanges and returns

DELIVERIES

We deliver throughout the national territory (including the islands). Deliveries are usually made within 24 hours after confirmation of payment of the order and delivered within a period that is typically 2 to 3 days (a little longer for the Islands).

These deadlines may vary depending on the time of year and in exceptional situations.

• The base delivery cost is €3.95 per order up to 2 kg for mainland Portugal;
• And €6.95 up to 2kg for the Azores and Madeira.

(Shipping prices may vary depending on the weight of the order.)

• We ship outside of Portugal upon request. Send us an email to shop@pipinhascia.pt and we will try to fulfill your request.

For collection at our store in Saldanha (Lisbon) shipping is FREE (only available by appointment, send us an email to shop@pipinhascia.pt ).

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 14 days after the date of receipt to exchange or return your order. If you wish to exchange or return an item, write to us at shop@pipinhascia.pt inform us of your intention with the order number and send us the item(s) to:

Items must be returned new and without signs of use, properly labeled and, preferably, in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice/exchange receipt (i.e., how they were sent).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer but, in the case of an exchange, shipping of new items is at our expense (free of charge). 😊

After receiving the items and confirming their condition, we will send the exchange and/or refund your money, depending on the case. In case of exchange, our shipping to you is free (only 1 exchange per item).

Any refunds will be processed in the same way as the payment method you used.
