Where is my order?

All orders are sent with a carrier registration number that we send to you by email with shipping confirmation.

We usually ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, so if you have not received shipping confirmation with a registration number within that period, please check the SPAM folder in your email. If you still cannot find shipping confirmation, contact us at shop@pipinhascia.pt .

Registration number does not work

Sometimes there is a small delay in updating the registration number in the carrier's system (a few hours). If, after 2 hours of receiving our mail, the registration number is still not working, contact us at shop@pipinhascia.pt .

Do you deliver outside of Portugal?

Yes we do. If you need an expedition abroad, write to us at shop@pipinhascia.pt and we will be happy to help you.

Do you have physical stores?
